Our Comment: Project Accounts have been used in commercial construction for eons. It is a methods to mitigate financial risks but does require a heap of administration to manage, meaning, more costs added to the price tag for consumers. We are definitely not against them in any way. There needs to be an education and management strategy in place to deploy this option.
